Swiss Carved Boar from Lauterbrunnen signed J. Huggler Item # 6923 Swiss carved wood sculpture of a boar set on a rocky plinth, signed on plinth J. Huggler. Lauterbrunnen. Late 19th century. Superbly detailed master hand carving. Small signpost at the boar's feet reads Peter Buri, another name for Saint Petersburg, Russia. Measures 9 inches long by 7 and one half inches high.
